Generally DealerBI does not offer refunds for any unused portion of a month. The service will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.Thereafter you will not be charged any subscription.

This way, you can keep using our service without interruption. Plus, you can always track your credit usage from the account overview page, so you know when it's time to add more.

If you decide to change your subscription plan with DealerBI, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade at any time, don't worry about losing any unused credit, it will be applied automatically to your new plan.

If you want to cancel your paid plan with DealerBI, it's easy to do so. Simply go to your �My Subscriptions� page, and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. After that, your account will be switched to the standard plan and you won't be charged a subscription fee anymore.

Users earn free credits at signup and when upgrading to a new plan, with points awarded monthly based on the subscription. However, when upgrading, existing points are canceled, and it's treated as a new subscription. Points can be redeemed to unlock access to premium dashboards and generate advanced reports. If a user doesn't have enough points, credits equivalent to points will be deducted. Additionally, any unredeemed monthly subscription points will expire at the end of the billing cycle. Sign-up or plan upgrade related points will expire in 12 months from the plan start date.
